We're Ready to Lose... I mean WIN!!!

We have 3 people in this house hold who want to take part in this. Joshua said he's out but will contribute anyway. He says he doesn't have as much weight to lose so he doesn't want to do it, but Ben, Zak, and I are in. Lets get the party started! They want to win the money to buy stuff (i.e. Ipod, Godzilla toys). So they're only in it for the money, but if they want to do to work and make it happen, I'm ok with them in on it. Is that ok with everyone else? Just let me know.
